Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Bridge? Sounds like the update damaged the required files or permissions.

Yes I've uninstalled &reinstalled many times and get the message that the operation can't be completed. Windows 10 says  it is not campatible.

Katrina - I've been working on several issues that I'm having since Windows 10 magically appeared on my computer....I'm determined to get it fixed today.  If I find the solution to the Bridge issue, I'll keep you posted.

It's sounds like a permissions issue based on this document: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/configuration-error-cs5.html Is this the steps you're trying?

Or try installing and running from a new Admin user account: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/basic-trouble-shooting-steps.html#permissions
