We have two issues. Both issues happen across multiple computers. All running Windows 7 and have current Adobe CC and Windows updates. All computers meet or exceed Adobe's system requirements.

1. Photo Downloader freezes when importing video files. SD or CF card has a mixture of still and video images. Photo downloader imports stills without problem and imports some video files fine. Other video files it crashes. Windows Explorer imports all video files without problem.

2. Bridge crashes when indexing files with video files. We've purged the cache, increased the cache and also the file size under performance & file handling. We also made sure Keep 100% previews in cache is not checked.

Premiere Pro 2015 imports and views these files without a problem. However we prefer to use Bridge to go through and choose which video files we want to import into Premiere Pro for further editing.

These two problems sometimes happen on the same video file, sometimes only one problem happens on the video file. This occurs with Sony, Panasonic, and Samsung files. As of now, Canon files import and index correctly.
