Bridge CC crash viewing single image.

Bridge CC (windows) always crashes if I select a single image and use space bar to view.  A crash report pop up appears (that I have sent).  The same thing happens if I use the memo.  This happens on any folder and any file.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled via creative cloud app to no avail.  Any help appreciated.

I'm on a Mac, so may not be able to help, but have you deleted your preferences when uninstalling Bridge via the ACC app? And have you tried purging cache?  Bridge tends to be finicky sometimes, especially between releases, so if you did update to the latest, it's possible there's something it doesn't like about the last release.

If this happens with Raw images, try deleting your Camera Raw settings

Thanks for the suggestions guys but unfortunately none of them make any difference.  Adobe themselves appear to be ignoring the issue with no response to the crash reports.  Not sure where to go now other than do without that aspect (which is very frustrating).

What does the crash report say? This will give a clue as to where the problem is.
