Dear User,

Request you to launch Bridge and browse through folder containing .mov or .gif files.

Please leave Bridge in idle state for some time to allow it to generate thumbnail and previews.

This should solve the freeze issue.
Please let me know if you face any issues.

Regards,
Abhishek Seth.

can you please confirm if all thumbnails and preview have been generated for the folder. You can also choose "Show Items From Subfolders" from View menu on the parent directory of your files and leave it idle for some time.

Please let us know if the issue persists.

Thanks.
Yes all thumbnails are generated except those of .mov and .gif. If I tip on the app does not freeze but stays stuck on the .mov This does not happen with the 2017 version. I uninstalled already several times. It's always the same

Can you please right click on any one .mov file, right click and select "purge cache for selection". Wait for a minute and check if the thumbnail and preview is generated for the file.
