Bugs I've found in Bridge CC 2019 on my Win 10 Machine.
When creating previews of RAW files, Bridge will monopolise the CPU to 100% and stop even the mouse working. It doesn't do this with PSD or JPEG files. Even a few hundred RAW files will stall the PC and I'm running an i7-8700K with 64GB RAM. It doesn't use the GPU at all.
Bridge is very slow to write metadata.
Bridge crashes when browsing full sized previews using the spacebar and arrow keys. Usually will preview three or four then crashes.
Bridge's progress bar is now permanently attached to the Content Panel which means you can’t see it when the Content is used as a vertical filmstrip.
There are more, but these are the ones that impact my workflow the most.
I've had to revert to CC2018 which will happily render 200,000 RAW file previews in a few hours without hammering the CPU.
Did no-one test this program before releasing it, or are we the beta-testers?
