I did the same thing. Got an email yesterday from Adobe offering a free upgrade. You should too (assuming you've registered).

Well I will keep watching for an email from them - I registered on the 24th of September so maybe it takes a few days.
Thanks!

I still have not received an email... is it possible to provide the email address for me to contact them? I have looked everywhere but can't seem to find the right one.

Thanks :)

I'm not sure I can help much. I received an email from email@mail.adobesystems.com, which may not be an address you can send messages to. The subject line was "Thank you for your loyalty: Download your complimentary upgrade". The text said this: "Adobe announces Photoshop Elements 11 and Adobe Premiere Elements 11
Recently, Adobe announced the release of the Adobe Elements 11 family of products. As a recent purchaser of an Adobe Elements 10 product, we are pleased to offer you a complimentary upgrade to the latest version of your purchase—Adobe® Photoshop® Elements 11 software, Adobe Premiere® Elements 11 software, or the bundle, Adobe Photoshop Elements 11 & Adobe Premiere Elements 11 software. Please note: Photoshop Elements 11 and Adobe Premiere Elements 11 is not integrated with Elements Membership. Learn more ›"
That's what happened in my case. You should probably try to contact Adobe sales to ask them about yours.
