Border colors not correct in Lightroom prints

Using the eye dropper in the Lightroom Print Module let's you pick a color from the photo to be used for the Border and Page Color. When printed these colors do not match the color from within the image. Lightroom acts like it uses the ICC profile for printing the photo but reverts to a different perhaps pro photo rgb when printing Border and Page Color. If you export photo to Photoshop and expand the canvas, you can use the eye dropper to pick a color, and this color will print correctly such that it matches the color from within the image. There is a bug in Lightroom.
