Lightroom: Book export to pdf and Blurb (LR 5.2)

I invested many, many hours to develop a book with 200 pages in LR 5.2. Now I would like to proofread it based on a pdf version and afterwards print it using Blurb.

Unfortunately the "export to pdf" function doesn't work at all. Allthough all fotos are available the function always stops with an error saying "picture xy can't be rendered" - and with every repetition another picture is affected. Also the upload to Blurb doesn't work, it stops with the same error message.

I am really frustrated.

What OS/version are you on?

Windows 7.

Right now, it seems to be a problem with the RAM. After restarting the computer, LR exports up to 50-100 pages. Without restarten, LR only exports 20-30 pages.

Are you running 64bit Win7? How much RAM do you have? How much available disk space do you have?

I'm running 32bit Win7 with 4GB RAM. Disk space is available (>10GB).

You may be running out of RAM on a 32-bit system. If you restart your computer, and launch only Lightroom, how far do you get through the process?
