When using content aware fill, sometimes the newly filled area is blurry. How do I avoid this?

Which version of Photoshop?

And can you show an example of what you mean?

I'm using CS6. From cropping to using Content Aware, here are what was at the top of the screen up through using Content Aware:

Unconstrained, straighten, view: rule of thirds, then
Sample Size: Point Sample Tolerance: 15 or
Sample Size: Point Sample Sample: All Layers
Sometimes it all works, as in 68b. Other times it is blurry, as in 68a.

The above steps may not mean anything, but they may help explain why the effect is not consistent.

It turns out I can't send the pictures, as they are 17mb+. If I reduce them, you wouldn't see the effect.

Thanks!

The results for content aware fill are VERY dependent on the image content.

We really need to see pictures of what you're talking about.
