German version: at Blur filter - blur tools - I cannot see the pins or circles or ellipses to use these tools properly. The functionality of the filters seems to work normally. I suppose this problem cannot be located with my computer or screen.

I assume you mean Photoshop and CS6?

Which OS version?

Have you updated your video card driver from the GPU maker's website?

Have you double checked the view menu to make sure the pins and such should be visible (not hidden by accident)?

Yes, it is Photoshop CS6. I have a Windows 7, 64 bit system. GPU was updated not long ago and pins and such in the view menu are checked.

Which model GPU? (If AMD, you probably want the 12.8 drivers or 13.2 beta 5)

It is AMD HD 7800 series. Driver version 9.12.0.0 and it is up to date.

The problem is solved: it was only my fault. But it is very confusing: I checked - view - show - show extra options - edit pins. With this it did not work.
Only when the filter was opened, I could check - view - show - edit pins. Then it worked.
I feel, this is something like a mouse trap. But it doesn't matter any more:
Thank you for your intention to help me immediately!!
