Blending Options | Blend If | No precise value input possible

There is no option to define a certain value manually. Sliders are not an valid option for a precise input. In addition, you can't set the current slider to certain values. For example, it is not possible to set any slider to 64. I have not tested all values, but I have reproduced the behaviour under Photoshop 20.0.7 and higher versions on different systems with different DPI settings of the mouse.

You can't, because these fields are not editable. At least not on my Mac.
