Photoshop: How do I combine/blend two photos?

How can i add one more pic into the same photo. I mean, i want to add one photo and blend it into the background(clouds).??

move second photo in your first photo's canvas with dragging then erase the edges of second image with a smooth eraser then play with it's opacity.

Instead of the Eraser a Layer Mask (on which one can paint the regions to be hidden with black) might offer some benefits with regard to subsequent editability.

And for combining larger number of photographs File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack might be worth a try.
