Whenever I try to load a jpg in photoshop cs6, all i see is a blank white workspace, but in the layers tab on the right i see a thumbnail of the image i'm trying to work with. Why can't I see my image in my workspace? I have tried everything I can think of but I can't get any image (tried multiple jogs) to load

Usually that means a problem with your video card driver, and updating the driver from the GPU maker's website (Nvidia, Intel, or AMD) solves the driver problems.

If you're running MacOS, then you contact Apple -- we haven't seen serious problems with their drivers, but have seen the occasional bad OS install or bad VRAM.

If you're running Windows, then you go to the site of the company that made the GPU in your machine.
