I deleted photos from my "Public-Birds" online album, but about 14 blank icons remain in their place. This detracts from the album. How can these blanks be deleted and how do I avoid this in the future?

I tried this and can't reproduce the issue. When you refresh the browser page, does this issue persist for you? Can you try loading the same public album in another browser program, and see if the issue occurs there?

It persists after refreshing and it happens with IE and Firefox. The public site indicates 41 photos, even though there are only 27 present. Only 27 show in the photoshop.com editor.

Hi Stephen

I sent you a direct message asking for account details, so you wouldn't have to share your private details in this public post. I never got the info from you we need to investigate. If this issue persists for you, please let us know, and let me know the details I asked for in the private message, so we can help you.

Thanks,
Charlie

I fixed it by going into the plug-in's manager, logging out, then logging back in. Doing this caused the plug-into rename the collection and its associated on-line album. Not sure how a duplicate invisible album was created.
