I am getting a blank screen when I select a single image on Windows 10 version 2.2.  Fails every time.  Made a video:

Very serious problem.  It was working on previous versions.  Application is unusable.

Alex's suggestion of toggling off the GPU in the Preferences is a good one. If this causes your system to function correctly, you probably need to go to your video card manufacturer's website and get their latest driver.

That is true..The update I have experienced is that the updates caused my the same situation and I turned it off in Photoshop but not in lightroom. My computer tech said it could be the power supply in the computer and I should upgrade it being that my cpu is 5 years old Dell xps 8500 with AMD graphics card, and a 4k benQ monitor .

I've had the graphics card turned off in LR all along.  Updated drivers, windows, etc.  Interesting just noticed that Photoshop is using the graphics card and works just fine.  Also tried Adobe Camera Raw which also can crop the file just fine.

Thanks everyone for your help.  Problem seems to be resolved for now.  A clean installation of the same AMD driver I have been using solved the problem.  I didn't think this was necessary, shame on me.  Hopefully whatever caused it won't happen again.  I've removed the above videos from YouTube.
