Photoshop 2019: Blank Progress Dialog Box Won't Go Away

I've been running into an issue with a progress dialog box coming up after I've woken up my computer from being asleep. I left Photoshop open and now I have a blank dialog with Progress as the name that doesn't have Ok/Cancel and I can't X out of it.

Photoshop still has full functionality. It's just annoying to have a dialog box in the way. I close out Photoshop and restart it and it works fine.

I'm using Photoshop CC 20.0.1

I've not seen this behavior. Looks like the licensing dialog. I'm not seeing an active membership under the email address you've used to post here. Might be part of the problem.

I'm currently subscribed to the Creative Cloud All Apps plan with this email. I just signed into Adobe and getsatisfation.com to make sure it's the correct email.

I have a MSI Workstation laptop running Windows 10.

I haven't seen this issue since I posted this initially but I've also been closing Photoshop when I put my laptop to sleep.

Hope this helps!
