I have photoshop CC and I'm having this weird problem after I upgraded my OS to El Capitan. When I resize an image (via image size), all the raster layers I have (including the background), a lot of BLACK stuff comes out. It's like pixelated black blocks and they completely cover the layers. I tried undoing and it goes away but when I hit cmd+z agaib, the blacks appears....

Was this right after using Camera Raw? If so, it's a known issue in ACR, and you can disable GPU usage in ACR until an update is available.

If not, then you may be seeing a different video card driver bug. We're still trying to track down a lot of issues introduced in MacOS 10.11 (which isn't trivial with all the 10.10 issues that still are not fixed). We are working with Apple to try and get the issues fixed as soon as possible.
