Billed on incorrect date and not monthly, NOT even received email

I have purchased Adobe Creative Cloud Photography plan and using just Photoshop CC
For first bill, It was first charged on 21st May 2017
Order Number: 11003223405

Now my card is charged again on Incorrect date, which is 16th Jun 2017.
How in the earth, this completes one month.
Unfortunately I do not know the Order ID for this month's billing, as they don't even send an email.

Surprisingly, adobe did not even send any email for payment including Order details and Invoice. Which they sent me for the first time on 21st May 2017.

I want them to adjust the billing fees or the billing cycle, to rectify this issue.

I also, wonder, whether they will charge my card again on 21st Jun 2017 or not.

Are they cheating their customers. There is no way I could take help directly from Adobe. They do not offer any official e-mail ID for any sort of service. I tried every possibility but unfortunately could not find their email ID of support.

While on-chat nobody replies correctly and looks like people on chat do not have any idea and with no ethics. And unable to provide any sort of support.

Can anybody please help me on this matter.
I wish Adobe's official member could directly help me on this matter and resolve this issue. Or else I will have no other choice but to discontinue the membership, even if they charge more for remaining time.
Even this policy is also their worst policy ever one can encounter, regarding discontinuing the membership.
Also, we people are FORCED to continue the Next Year membership on automatic basis.
Means our card will be charged even after one year automatically, and we have to BEG them to discontinue the service be remembering the exRact date and month every now and then.
And if at all, we forget to discontinue the membership and next year starts, then again we have to pay a lot if we leave in the middle.

That shows how HUNGRY they are and have no policies in favour of their USERS, customers.
They are trying to ROB us some way or other.
