Photoshop: Better blending and a little symmetrical love!

While Photoshop has boomed in terms of photography and design, for digital painters, 3d texture artists and concept artists, some of the brushes have been really lacking. Granted the outcome of most pieces is fantastic! Everyone loves a little love sometimes, and digital artists and the brushes they use are no different. While we DO have a few options for blending, even the mixer tool doesn't feel like a solid bet, smudge is messy and opacity/pen pressure takes awhile to work out a nice smooth blend. What would be amazing would be some updated work to blending, smoother blending options for digital painters. Also possibly something for symmetry which many other programs seem to have.

I recently tried another program (not as a replacement just by suggestion of a friend), to sort of compare between PS and it (wont mention here the name) and the blending water color tool was out of this world. In addition to having this water color tool, all brushes had the added option of dilution and blend if you wanted (via slider) to offer a much smoother transition while you worked. I was in heaven! All I could think was, photoshop would be AMAZING with something similar. And I know you are probably going "but we have similar" and no, saddly, we don't. Hits me right in the feels, I wish we did! Also a quick add would be something for symmetry, which is already implemented in most other paint programs/3d paint programs.

^Some quick comparisons I did for my blog ^

Thanks for reading! Hope I did this right! Also apologies if I shouldnt have linked that, ill gladly edit if need be :)
