Can't render videos in Photoshop because apparently the graphic card in MacBook Pro is not supported by Photoshop! (what??? it's a previous model of MacBookPro, couple years old, and it's already not supported?) Isn't it more or less an industry standard - Mac+Adobe?

I think you might need to check your preferences.

I am using an older model MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2014) and I don't have any graphics card issue with rendering video.

That's what Adobe support told me after examining my computer remotely... They said that my graphic card isn't supported! Do you know which preferences I could check?

Can you post screenshots of your basic MacBook info (Click the Apple Logo at the top left and then Click About This Mac and Grab screenshots of the Overview and Displays tabs and post them)
