What OS/Version are you on?

Does it give an error? Crash? or looks like it completes normally but only half the files are processed?

Yup:

Thanks. That helps. Looks like you're running Scripts>Image Processor... and not File>Automate>Batch...

Is there anything different about the images that aren't getting processed? i.e. 16bit? Raw files, etc?

When you reinstalled, did you install all the updates?

How many images are in the folder you're trying to process? If you select just the images that were't processed the first time, are they processed the second time?

One other thing to try is restoring the preferences: http://adobe.ly/PS_Prefs

Do you have the TWAIN plug-in installed by chance? Any other 3rd party plug-ins installed?

Very strange. Can you post a folder of files you're having trouble with somewhere so we can try and debug it?

Support is closed on weekends.

You can use Adobe Send Now to post a collection of files:

No, the service is free up to certain file size. You can zip them up into one file before uploading.
