Merged

This conversation has been merged. Please reference the main conversation: Lightroom: Ability to batch process Photo Merge (HDR and panorama)

Merging to 32 bit is a good option for creating HDR images without processing artifacts. Adding this as a processing option as a batch woudl be extremely helpful to me.

Just to clarify, Reginald, are you asking for 32 bit processing of HDR (Lightroom Classic CC currently uses a 16 bit floating point file) see here:https://forums.adobe.com/thread/1823490 for more info

or are you asking for batch processing of HDR?

Sorry if I was not clear. I am using a plug in from HDRsoft called "merge to 32 bit", so I guess that action is not part of Lightroom per se. I forgot it was not part of the application. However, it would be really nice if there was a way to do this function natively in LR CC. There are many  photographers out there that would really appreciate a batch function in LR to perform this function. We can use photomatix HDR or Aurora HDR to batch images, but I find that each image needs its own work and batch results using a preset rarely give consistent results. Merging to 32 bit gives the user a great amount of dynamic range and keeps them in LR with its familiar interface. Individual images could be rapidly processed and exported if this were possible. Thanks for your consideration and prompt response.
