I was on a chat with adobe. They had me copy the prefs and paste it on my desktop as -old.pref. It work for a few times and then went back to the same problem.

If you modify the Batch to work locally (i.e. on folders on the desktop) does the batch work correctly?

Wasn't, now for some reason it's working again.

Only works the first time. Then you have to restart Photoshop to get it to work again. Same as on desktop folders.
