Photoshop CS3 disk will not re-install on my new Mac. It was registered with Adobe, It ran OK for years on my older Mac. I get an error message saying the updater has failed and the program crashes. I then tried downloading the Cloud version, thinking that would not need the update, however after adding my serial number it says "setup has encountered an error and cannot continue. Contact Adobe support for assistance. I have previously contacted Adobe support by email, Jaspreet Kaur ( level 3 ) who referred me back to the website (on 8th May) to resolve the issue. I am really very disappointed that such a large company cannot resolve a basic installation problem. John McLeish
