Banding/posterization in developer mode after OS Sierra update

I recently updated to MacOS Sierra and have run into an issue with my photos in Lightroom.  All the photos that I have in Lightroom that are RAW have banding/posterization in them that was not there previously.  When looking at the photo zoomed in, the banding goes away, and when looking at the photos in the Library section as well.

Just to be clear:

Library
Grid Banding?
Loupe Banding?
Zoom Banding?

Develop
Loupe Banding
Zoom No Banding

Do you calibrate your monitor? Since updating to Sierra have you recalibrated your monitor?

Sorry, I've seen people use the word "banding" to describe what is considered posterization.  The issue that I am having is with posterization.
I have calibrated my monitor and since updating to Sierra, I have recalibrated my monitor.
The posterization is quite bad and not a slight error due to an uncalibrated monitor.
For clarification:

In Library:
There is no posterization

In Develop:
There is posterization

While zoomed in Develop:
Posterization goes away.

This is what i'm seeing in Develop.

This is what I'm seeing in Library.

Thank you!

Have you installed the CC2015.8/6.8 update that we release today yet? Any change?

If you edit the photo radically, say increase exposure by two stops, wait ten seconds and then decrease the exposure by the same two stops, does the difference disappear?

I had tried that before and it did not fix the error for all my photos, however I just uninstalled and reinstalled the program and that fixed the issue. Thank you for your quick reply!
