Lightroom Desktop: Copy/Paste Issues

Copy and paste the setting of one photo to another does not work (first it seems it does, but switching back resets the photo again). Also, when importing the photo it does not appear in the "dock", so you have to go to 'My photos' and click on 'All photos'. Two really, really annoying things. Please solve this quickly, otherwise I will switch to Capture One. It's frustrating! I use MacOS 10.15.5. And by the way, under Safari it is not possible to log in on the website. Also, very annoying!

No answer, no solutions? Terrible support! You are kicking out a previously satisfied customer. Unbelievable. Well, I bought Capture One and it's great. Bye and until never again.

With regard to the issue you've posted, I cannot replicate the behavior you are seeing. Is it possible for you to post a video showing your exact workflow steps?
