Not all of my photos are backing up to Photoshop.com. Everytime I run the backup/synch it says that all of my photos are backed up. They are not. I have some 14,000 pics in my organizer and only 12,000 or so are on Photoshop.com. Has anyone else had this problem?

Yes, I've gone through all the steps in the troubleshooter and I still have the problem. Over 2,000 photos are not backed up.

Did you read the document I provided the link to? It's in there. You'll want to read that entire document to help resolve the issue.

I have Photoshop Elements 7 and a Photoshop.com online storage membership. I got a new computer and loaded Elements 7 on it. I logged into photoshop.com and marked "sync" on all my albums. All of the album names/groups popped up into my Elements 7 organizer, but they are all empty. Not one picture has come into the organizer in the albums. How do I get my pictures into my organizer??
