I have Elements 10. When I try to sign-in it tells me photoshop.com is not available. Why? I want to "Back-up and Syncronize" my photos. Does Elements automatically do that when you 1st istall it? Or do you have to sign-in and click on Back Up to accomplish it?

Hi Lynne

Photoshop.com is no longer in service.  Existing users were notified in advance of it's end-of-life starting back in the Spring of 2013.  For more information, please see this help article: http://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/error-400-logging-photoshopcom-services.html

You can still use Elements, and signing in to Photoshop.com is not a requirement to use the Editor or Organizer.

Kind regards,
Charlie

Thanks for the info! It is a very simple answer but I could not get anywhere with Adobe Help. In fact, I just spent a half hour on the phone with their "experts" who blamed it on my computer and wanted to sell me their services to clean it up. So thank you for your help!
