When using Batch processing I feel the "Override Action “Save As” Commands" option is mis-labled.

When you have the "Override Action “Save As” Commands" UNchecked the Batch processing IGNORES your Save As commands, but when it is checked to 'Override' your commands it FOLLOWS your Save As commands. Surely to 'Override' something is to ignore it and do something else? this works in the opposite way...

Forgive me if I am missing something here but to me it seems blatently the wrong way round!
