Photoshop/Premiere Elements: Did not receive serial number with purchase

Good morning.
Your license service is awful !!!
I've bought Premiere & Photoshop Elements 06.06.2011. Today is 13.06.2011. I still can't obtain serial number. When can I install my new soft ?
I'm very disappointed. Adobe is the great company which makes beautiful soft but licensing ... All of your competitors do it better than you.
Why can't you generate serial number just you receive information about payment ?
And who knows your abbreviations like CLP, TLP, FLP, ELA, TSL ? It's a bird's language. I think your managers care only about your own convenience but not of your customers.
Please make licensing quick and simple for customers. And I want to obtain my serial number as soon as possible. Please do it.
