I AM shouting! You have the WORST customer support I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!
Premier Elements won't recognize my Canon GL-2. I can't find any solution ANYWHERE!!

I downloaded and edited my movie on another computer, one not connected to the Internet. I tried to burn the final edition and I got this error message telling me I had to sent this impossibly long number to ADOBE.COM/GO/ODERACTIVATION. And that link is not active!!!

So, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL is an honest and accurate reaction to your TERRIBLE customer service!!

I assure you, I will NEVER (NEVER!) purchase another Adobe product again and I will let EVERYONE I can reach through every conceivable social networking channel, now how badly I've been treated.

AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Did you call customer support?
Also, you didn't tell us which OS, or which version of Elements you are using.
