Ok, so yesterday I had a problem porting over Lightroom and Photoshop from an old computer, and I contacted support and had a challenging experience. Well, last night I got an email from support offering to make an appointment, call me and help me set up my programs. I just talked to the Support rep, and she helped me get everything set up correctly. I use these programs all the time, so it is really nice when a company takes personal time to help me stay set up with their programs.
