I bought Elements 11 for my Mac in April last year. It crashes all the time now and when I contacted Adobe for help they said they don't support the package anymore and that I should pay £50 for the latest version to get any help from an advisor. What a rip off! Why doesn't Adobe make it clear that you have to buy a new version every year to get full support? It's unacceptable that they provide less than 12 month's support - in fact if you buy at the wrong time of year you might get only three months support - BUT THEY DON'T TELL YOU THAT!
