On Adobe Premiere Elements 4 it doesn't accept AVCHD videos, and I can't find a good converter-any ideas?
Also, I was wondering if Premiere Elements 10 accepts AVCHD videos

Yes, Premiere Elements 10 is capable of importing and working with AVCHD video files.

Since working with higher resolution video can be very taxing on a computer, you'll want to make sure your computer is "up to snuff".

You can look here at the system specs to see if you'll want to upgrade or not when working with AVCHD files.

You can also download a trial of Premiere Elements 10 to see how it will work with your videos before looking into a purchase/upgrade.
