Autorenaming of smartobject layer in actions in cc 2014

In one of my action I produce a smartobject-layer, open it edit it close it and open it again. Since cc 2014 the action failed, because the smartobject-layer got a countnumber at the end. Every time I call this action the layer got a new number at the end. So it's impossibel to call the layer again via the name I gave the layer in the action.
Is there a preference or other possibility to avoid this behaivior?

Ok I got the problem: if you activate the dialog-option for saving the smart-object in the action, you will see in the save-dialoge a temporary folder. In the folder you see for every time you use the action one file with the lalyer name plus a number at the end. If you overwrite one of these files you got the wrong content of the smaret-object. So it's not possible to call a smart-object layer via his name, after using an action more than one time, till you close the document or close PS.
