AutoRecover does not work with changed TEMP-Folder

I have a big problem with Photoshop CC when I change the Userpath of the Temp-Folder on my system (Windows 7) from Standardvolume (C:\Temp) to another disk f.e. E:\Temp.
And I don't speak of the working space of Photoshop CC. This works fine.

With a new path Photoshop will not use AutoRecover anymore! The appropiate folder remains empty! As soon as I change the Temp-Folder back to original C:\Temp AutoRecover works fine again.

Your Support-Team could reproduce this error. But could not help me.
Due to the fact I use a SSD as my systemdisk and I want to reduce the writings on it.

This is an unacceptable error of Photoshop. So it would be nice if you could solve this problem asap. Thanks
