Auto pan triggered by cursor near edge of document...

Please provide activation / deactivation for auto pan feature when cursor is near edge of sheet. For graphic tablet users (CINTIQ) like myself, it is greatly annoying.

Example: While scaling a selection, handle gets too close to edge: BAM ! the thing is now 300 times bigger than needed as the auto-pan takes control of the relative mouse position...This creates tension that is not needed.

I am using CS5 v 12.04.4 x64.
My graphic tablet is a Cintiq 18SX.
The Wacom driver version is 6.1.6-4
This behavior only affects the transformation tool handles.
While using the transform tool...
Occasionally, one needs to reach near the Photoshop window's edge in full screen mode with menu bar....
I should have been more precise in my first post.
It is near the window's edge that the auto-panning goes on.
At times, it is really fast. I have not been able to recreate the condition where it goes out really fast. Will pay attention and report. It has happened many time in the past...I appreciate the follow-up.
