Auto-Align Layers - In my opinion, there is missing possibility to align selected layers to one particular layer (which stays unchanged).

There is already are align layers commands.
How would you expect that to work automatically?

At this moment all selected layers are modified by Auto-Align Layers Command.
I wish if this command respected Layer Shape Lock - so one of the image would stay unchanged and only the rest would adopt the shape and disortion.

Please imagine batch of images, where one of the image is main shot (with composition reference) and this image should not be changed. The rest of the images are either elements of the product or focuses. Sometimes the angle of the camera changes a little bit due to the nature of photographed object and this may affect the main shot.
Using Auto-Align Layers command would change it along with other selected layers.
