Lightroom Classic: Auto import stopped working properly

Hi, I have been using auto import on Lightroom Classic 9.0 on my MacBook Air for months and all of a sudden it won't send my files from my watched folder to the destination folder I select. It keeps sending them to an historic destination folder which I was using a few weeks ago. This means I need to manually go into the folder its sending them to and move them into the correct folder and then synchronise that folder in Lightroom classic. This is creating some file naming and workflow issues. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can resolve this? Thanks in advance for any help!

Did you reset the destination folder in 'File - Auto Import - Auto Import Settings'?

Thank you for your reply and yes, I have reset this numerous times and it just keeps defaulting to one I was using a few weeks ago rather than the one I have selected. Its very strange!

Are you using MacOS Catalina perhaps? If so, make sure that Lightroom has the required privileges to access all folders.

Yes I am using Catalina. I looked and all of the privileges were granted. I unchecked and rechecked and restarted lightroom to see if it made any difference but sadly not. It is still auto importing into the main folder that I want it to, just not the right sub-folder so I don't think its likely to be a folder access issue.

It could be an issue related to the catalog, since this info is saved in the catalog.
I am sending you an e-mail to get the catalog, so that we can investigate.

Thanks,
Sunil
