Auto HDR based on exposure differences and timing

I shoot a bit of HDR. The camera settings I use are -3EV, 0EV and I use high speed shooting. When I come back to LR and import, I have a few hundred "sets". Would love LR to scan through and build the HDRs based on time (<1s between shots) groupings. If it's confused, it could also look at image exposure values and see that there's an X difference such as a consistent 3,2,1EV difference. Finally, my shots are typically interiors with bright windows. HDR does a good job of combining the data, but LR makes me have to use the adjustments brush to reduce the exposure of the windows. LR Team, please add a way to do this via the sliders directly so I don't have to paint the windows.
