I shoot 6 exposures on a tripod at different focus points, front to back. In Bridge, I select "Load files into Photoshop Layers." When I select all the layers and choose Auto-Align Layers, The file size increases. Instead of reducing the first and sequential exposures down, to fit the last exposure, it does it backwards and upsizes the last exposure and all the rest until they come up to the size of the first exposure. Thus, a file that starts off at 47.5M now is upscaled to 53.0M.

A clipping path that is originally lined up on the last exposure, no longer fits after hitting Auto-Align Layers. I've never seen this before.
