Premiere Elements 9 working under Windows 7 64-bit. I have used Audio Mixer for years now but suddenly it is not working. On Soundtrack I lower the volume slider and the music gets quieter. I then stop the playback and rewind the scenes. The volume has not changed and all my amendments to volumes have been ignored. What have I done?
