Photoshop elements 13 is incompatible with windows 10 on my hp Pavilion laptop. It crashes my audio and video without even opening the program. after weeks of testing, uninstalling each program individually and testing the audio/video issues, the only program's removal that solved the problem was photoshop Elements 13.
