Artboards + Raw filter = bad

I have a problem very similar to this 2 years old bug:
https://feedback.photoshop.com/photoshop_family/topics/acr-smart-filter-adjusment-bruetsh-adjustm
When using multiple artboards (the new feature), the camera raw filter uses the whole area of all the artboards, not just the one it's on. This causes multiple problems:
- slow performance
- inability to use vignette
- buggy behavior when the "whole area size" of all the artboards is changed. If you add artboards, the whole area changes, and thus all the local changes like ellipse edits and gradients go to wrong places when trying to export pdf or trying to multiply the layer with the edit. The only workaround is to rasterize the layer when it looks right.

On related note the vector masks previews in layers are not very useful, since they also show the whole area of all the artboards. I think in most cases it's intended to keep the masks inside one artboard. Maybe the previews could extend when needed?

It's impossible to export artboards as PDF and convert the color profile at the same time. If I try to convert the profile before exporting, all the artboards merge. I like to work in RGB to have all the features of PS, but convert my document to CMYK when exporting.
