There must be a different way to move artboard like illustrator. This way is very annoying. Many time artboard move by copying object or move display and then object move far away. So I think it should be in a different way to move it.

It is a bit different since AI has a toggle command to duplicate without artwork or with. PS has a slightly different method. With the artboard tool active, and the artboard group layer targeted, you can duplicate just the artboard by clicking on one of the outside + icons. If you want to duplicate the artboard with the artwork, then hold the Option/Alt key down while clicking on the outside + icons.

As long as the Move tool is selected and you carefully click on the object you want to duplicate, without Select Group enabled for the Move tool, you should be able to duplicate just the object without moving the artboard. If you want to pick up and move the artboard with the artwork on it—to rearrange the artboards—you have to carefully click on the outside edge of the artboard with the Artboard tool. Then you can move it. Is that what you're finding difficult?

I'm used to AI, so find this a bit difficult getting used to, but I think the functionality for moving and copying artboards and objects is basically there now. It's a bit different from AI in that we're really dealing with layer functionality inside groups.

The problem that i am facing is that... I have created 15 screens of app. by clicking on plus button of artboard that added new blank artboard. then I drag + alt + shift last screen objects that will be needed on next screen too in same positions. they drag artboard also. or move that object anywhere else or move  screen display. Thats is much annoying thing for me.

So thats why I think artboard selecting way should be different and don't need to move display screen.  Can you help me about this?

I don't know what you mean by moving the screen display.  Do you mean being zoomed out to see all the artboards and not have the screen scroll over to the next one? I can manage it with a single tiny object, but if I had several close together, I'd probably have problems. My artboard still wouldn't move as long as I had the Move tool, not the Artboard tool, selected.

With the Move tool and Auto Select Layers or choosing the layer from a c-s menu, I have no problem, but it IS tedious over many artboards. If I'm zoomed way out, even more difficult. And if I accidentally try to click on a small object, missing twice, THEN I've selected the artboard, and that's not what I wanted.

That too-easy double-click to switch from the Move to the Artboard tool AND select the artboard is not such a good thing in practice. If you're zoomed in, you might not even see that's what you've done. It sounds nice in theory, but I would be in favor of removing that and requiring we actively switch tools. (And now I'm sure someone else will tell me that's their favorite feature.<G>)

I think Paste on All Artboards, like in Illustrator, would be very helpful here for people doing the kind of designing you are. If that's what you're getting at, I'm all for it. <G>
