Artboard dimensions report width as height and height as width (wrong way around)

When setting the height and width of an artboard in Photoshop, the size is set correctly (i.e. the width and height are correct to what you specify), but the artboard property labels for width and height report the opposite figure (i.e. An artboard of 1920x1080 will report width as 1080 and height as 1920).

You can see in screenshot that the dimensions are reported the wrong way.

I created document, then chnaged layer to artboard and in properties panel dimension values order was correct. Say please what that bar info over document on your screenshot belongs to, I can't find it.

The buttons immediately to the right of "Height" are Make Portrait and Make Landscape.  Click Make Portrait.

If you'd like your Image Size to actually be 1920x1080 instead of 1080x1920, use the Size pop-up menu to choose "Web Large".
