Photoshop: Apply complex action to video?

i try 5 frames(frame by frame) but result is so bad!

I'd have to see how the action actually works. If you want the elements the action generates to animate, that might be tricky. You could animate the focus mask but everything would likely be static, unless you rendered the frames of video out into separate files and ran a batch action against the files and then reassembled them.

It would probably be easier to stylistically mimic the look of the action in After Effects.

it is a 3d model and baking texture to model spend a lot of time(before that it need a correct uv) and after that apply action to baked texture doesn't have the same resault
is there a way to write a script to Automation tasks like save perspective,position,save same elements for every frame, etc. of action elements?
we can render a  multipass of video that work as focus layer in this action.

There is very little control through actions and scripting - most aren't documented other than listener code. I would check with ps-scripts forum with some of the more advanced script kiddies there.
