Photoshop/Lightroom: Applications deleting themselves

I bought a year's subscription for Lightroom and Photoshop. When I tried to open either of them, it stated that I didn't own either of them and wanted me to buy them again. I don't know what happened to them but I would very appreciative if I could find any help.

Howdy Alex,

What OS are you running on?  When did you install the apps?  Is the email you use for your Adobe subscription the same as the one you use here?  This info should help us run-down the problem for you.

I saw similar issues but they have corrected themselves and now my apps work as expected.

It sounds to me like the licensing token may have been invalidated (running your battery down, changing the date or modifying or removing licensing files can all do this). If this happens, just sign back in with your Adobe ID. http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/sign-in-out-activate-apps.html
