Using Apple + E, or from LR menu, Photo>Edit In>Edit in Adobe Photoshop..., opens an image right into Photoshop, bypassing the camera raw window. For those of us who would use camera raw to tweak photos opening into Photoshop, this means we can’t use this shortcut.

Instead, I am forced to use the Show in finder, Apple + R, then once finder window opens, double click on file or use Apple + O to open the file, which is several steps too many. Or, if I hit Apple + O too soon, I get a new finder window containing the file, which is also a pain.

In Preferences, External Editing, give us a preference to check that allows Apple + E to open an image into the Photoshop camera raw window, instead of directly in Photoshop please. This would save me and other users loads of time & inconvenience. Thanks.
