Elements Organizer 10: Problem loading album template, even after reinstalling

after 3 install ... in Win 7 64 bit.

I get this in exporting an album.

A problem occurred while loading this album template.
An auxiliary file may be missing or damage. Please reinstall the application to fix the program.

Thank you for the prompt response. I am new to Photoshop, like two days new. I bought Photoshop Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10. I was trying to get help through the chat, but the browser closed on me after giving serial numbers and personal info.

So it is Photoshop Elements Organizer 10 Version 20118031.m 17215, that prompts this error. I accidently installed from DISC 1, but as I read through the DISC later , it said to use DISC 2 for a 64bit install. So I uninstalled through the WIN 7 uninstaller and reinstalled with DISC 2.

Hi David,

You might have to reinstall PEPE bundle I guess, to get this corrected.

Please follow the steps in Admin user (in case you have multi-user machine)-
1. Uninstall the application once more.
2. After uninstallation, delete the '11.0' folder from location:
C:\ProgramData\Adobe\Elements Organizer\
3. Now install PSE10 and execute your workflow.

After completing this procedure, you can switch to your working user and proceed with your workflow. Please let me know if that doesn't work for you.
